• Vehicle Pickup: Vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days of notification of service completion. Storage fees may apply to vehicles left unclaimed past this timeframe without prior arrangement.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for services rendered, parts, and labor is due in full upon completion of work and prior to vehicle release, unless alternative credit or commercial account terms have been pre-approved in writing.

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A mechanic's lien may be placed on any vehicle for which payment has not been rendered in accordance with applicable state laws.

3. Parts and Warranty

• We utilize high-quality OEM or aftermarket parts for all repairs. Replacement parts may carry a manufacturer's warranty, details of which can be provided upon request.

• Our labor is backed by our service guarantee. Any claims regarding workmanship must be reported promptly to AST Motors LLC for inspection and resolution. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or subsequent damage caused by third parties.

4. Intellectual Property
